The Short Story on Exchanges
We don’t do exchanges, but here’s why: each hat is carefully crafted, and we’d rather make sure you get exactly what you want the first time. That’s why we encourage you to double-check your size, design, and shipping details before ordering. If something’s not right, a return and new order usually works better for everyone.
Changed Your Mind? You Have 6 Hours
Placed an order and immediately regretted it? We get it. You can cancel within 6 hours of ordering, though there’s a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs. After those 6 hours, your hat might already be getting the royal treatment in our workshop.

Our 30-Day Return Promise
You have 30 days from when your hat arrives to decide if it’s “the one.” After that, we’ll assume you’re happy with your purchase and returns won’t be possible.
When We’ll Give You Your Money Back
We’ll issue a full refund if:
- You realized it’s not quite your style
- The sizing didn’t work out
- You changed your mind
- We messed up and sent the wrong item
- Your hat arrived damaged or broken
- The material isn’t what we described
- It doesn’t match our product photos
What Your Hat Needs to Look Like for Returns
Your hat needs to come back to us exactly as we sent it:
- Unworn and unwashed (we can tell!)
- All original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- No modifications or alterations
- Those tiny loose threads don’t count as defects—they’re easy to snip
How to Start a Return
Getting your money back is straightforward:
- Email [email protected] with photos of your hat and proof of purchase
- We’ll get back to you in 2-3 business days with return instructions
- Pack everything up carefully and ship it back with tracking
- Send us your tracking number so we can follow along
Important: Don’t send anything back without our approval first. We can’t refund unauthorized returns, and we’re not responsible if your package gets lost on the way back to us.
The Money Part
You’ll cover return shipping costs (they won’t be included in your refund). Once we receive your hat, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days. Your bank or credit card company will take another 10-15 business days to put the money back in your account.
